Recipient Absent

Make sure there is someone at the address to receive your products. The postal service will make three delivery attempts for the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest post office to the address, and in this case, it will be necessary for the package recipient to collect it at the post office within 7 business days. If the recipient does not collect the package, according to postal regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and it will be necessary to pay for a new shipment to resend the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be checked on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.

Incorrect or Imcomplete Address

Lar Realeza is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed in the store. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, by postal regulation, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

In case the delivery cannot be made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and it will be necessary to pay for a new shipment to resend the product.

Processing Time

After your order is processed and payment is registered in our system, the following steps are: Separation, packaging, and shipment. This process usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking Number

You will receive the tracking number in the email registered with the purchase within up to 7 business days after processing your order.

Shipping Methods

The products are always delivered through the Post Office; however, in some cases, such as recipient absence, delivery restrictions in the area, or incorrect address, it may be necessary for the customer to pick up the product at the nearest agency to their residence.

In case of an incomplete address, the product may return to the sender. We ask for special attention when filling out the address. If there is any error in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

The Post Office makes three delivery attempts, if it cannot be completed, the product will be available for collection at the nearest agency for a period of up to 7 days. After this period, the product will return to the sender.

Tracking your package is very simple, just access the tracking page located in the website footer and fill in the necessary fields.

All imports are subject to bureaucratic procedures or customs duties. In case you receive any additional charges for your order, we will be responsible for these fees. Please contact us within 48 hours to inform us about the amount paid to the Post Office and attach a copy of the taxation document, and we will contact you to refund the amounts paid.
