- Watch out for Shipping Address on Orders
The store will ship the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid obstacles in the delivery of your order, we ask you to pay attention when completing the address where you want to receive it.
- Recipient Absent
Make sure there is someone at the address to receive your products. The postal service makes three delivery attempts, and if there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, it will be taken to the nearest postal agency. In this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it at the postal agency within 7 consecutive days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to postal service regulations, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the postal agency where the recipient should collect the package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be checked on the postal service website using the tracking code provided by the store.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information in the destination address of orders placed in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

Change of Order
If you have noticed that you entered an incorrect or incomplete address when completing the purchase, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately to avoid problems at the time of delivery.
