Exchange and Return/Refund Policy

The Lar Realeza team is constantly investing in policies to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. You may request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned without evidence of use or consumption, i.e., in the same condition as it was received.
• The product must be returned with intact labels (or protectors), manuals, and all accompanying accessories.
• We do not exchange products with sizes unsuitable for the customer. We provide measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid errors in size selection. There is no legal obligation for the merchant to make exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other circumstance.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met.

How to request an exchange or return?

Send an email to support@larrealeza.com and provide the following information:

• Product name;
• Order number;
• Email registered with the purchase;
• Reason for exchange or return;
• Video demonstrating the defect.

Once all details regarding the product return are confirmed, we will provide the address for the product return and refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.

Refund Methods:

• Refund via credit card: This refund may appear on up to two statements after the return is completed by the payment provider.
• Electronic transfer (TED): Transfer to the customer's account that may be processed within up to 10 business days after the return confirmation. TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS.
